Exit Plan Options

  • In our tenanted building, the Tenants(s) may be offered an Option to Purchase the entire building or as a unit(s) once the five year hold period has been achieved.

  • Selling to a private investor or user after the required five year hold term.

  • A potential take-out purchaser may very well include a separate entity consisting of the General Partners and/or some of the original Green Card holders that may desire, at that time, to continue their involvement in the particular investment. In this case, the sales price shall be established at 95% of the "Fair Market Value" as defined by the Appraisal Institute.
